Wild Tea Kombucha is bottled naturally, without added carbonation from C02 or secondary fermentation. If you would prefer a more sparkling experience, you can leave the bottle on the counter for 24 hours (just keep an eye on it).
Using traditional kombucha brewing methods, our kombucha is brewed in small batches with love and care by Emily and Brigette. For this reason, our brew can vary in taste slightly from batch to batch. In our fermentation room, we keep a Himalayan salt lamp and radio on to help keep our SCOBY mothers content.
