ANTI-INFLAMMATORY REMEDY

Makes 1 smoothie

In a high-speed blender, combine:
1 banana
1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 inch of peeled ginger
1/2 tbs. or to taste, maple syrup
1/4 tsp. of turmeric
1/2 cup of coconut water
Small handful ice
Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour in vessel & top with 1/4 cup of Pineapple Mojito kombucha

STRAWBERRY KOMBUCHA-RITA

Makes 1 drink

Rim a class with coarse salt
Muddle 1-2 strawberries in the class
Ice
1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. Strawberry Daiquiri kombucha
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Garnish of lime wedge

EQUINOX BUCHA MULE

Makes 1 drink

Fill a copper mug with ice
1 1/2 oz. Eau Claire Distillery EquinOX
Top with Wild Ginger kombucha
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime
Garnish of cucumber slice and fresh basil

CHICKEN MARINADE

Marinades 8-10 chicken thighs or 4-5 chicken breasts

2 cups Hard Lime Kombucha
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
